1. Failing to Listen Actively
   Not listening to your prospect’s needs and jumping straight into your pitch is a big mistake. Understand their pain points, desires, and challenges before offering a solution.

2. Being Too Pushy
   Rushing the sale or pressuring the client to make a quick decision can push them away. Give them the space to make an informed decision at their own pace.

3. Not Building Rapport
   Skipping the relationship-building phase and going straight for the sale makes you seem transactional. Take time to connect on a personal level and build trust.

4. Focusing on Features, Not Benefits
   Talking too much about your product's features instead of explaining how it solves the client's problems doesn’t resonate. Highlight the benefits they’ll experience.

5. Not Handling Objections Properly
   Ignoring or brushing off objections can kill a sale. Acknowledge concerns, empathize with the client, and provide thoughtful responses to address their doubts.

   If you don’t ask for the sale, you won’t close it. Be clear about next steps and confidently ask for a commitment when the time is right.
